FERTILIZATION PROCESS
Around 300Millions of Sperms are released to vagina during ejaculation
In that 300million, few million sperms flow out of vagina and some will die in the acidic environment of vagina and some survive in the fluid .
Then the survival sperms have to enter the cervix where there will be watery mucus (which is open for female for 2 -3 days (ovulation days) .
The sperms swim through cervix towards the utrues opening , where millions of sperms die in the mucus itself and some gets stuck in the folds of cervix and faint , as sperms have 5-6 days life they might again wake and continue the journey till cervix is open ( cervix opens for only 2 days).
The remaining pass through the passage where the women’s immune system cell destroys thousands of sperms thinking that it is a foreign invade.
The remaining sperms divide into two groups where one set swims towards the empty falopine tube and the other swim towards the tube taht contains unfertilized egg ( which is of no use)
Now only a few thousand remains
Inside the fallopian tube a tiny cilia pushes sperms towards utrues and the sperms have to swim against the motion to reach utrues and some sperms get trapped in that cilia and die.
The remaining sperms head are protected by a reproductive gland chemical in the passage which makes it hyperactive for the next process and reaches the egg(only few dozens sperms are left).
The egg is covered with a thick layer , the sperms have to push through the layers to reach the outer layer of egg .
when it reaches the outer layer of egg they are showered with digestive enzymes and then the first sperm that move towards and attaches itself to the egg cell membrane wins the race.
In next few minutes the outer layer fuses ,pushing other sperms outside .
Meanwhile inside the egg a male membrane attaches itself to the sperm and creates genetic material which spilts into 23 chromosome and female genetic material also divides itself into 23 chromosome.
Both of them are pulled to each other through a force of web like rope.
They both join together and completing the fertilization process forming a genetic code that determines the gender , hair , eye color and 1000 of characters of the baby and grows as a baby in 9 months there.
It make it successful in few attempts quality ( healthy, good and fast mobility ) and quantity (millions and millions ) of sperms are important.

FEMALE :
OVULATION WINDOW
For a person who gets periods regularly (28 days cycle ) the ovulation period comes on the 14th day ( mid cycle in 28 days) means after 7 days of periods if had sex from 14th day – 22nd day) high chances of successful attempt, as in these days the egg grows big and runptures, making the sperms easy to reach them.
Have sex with emotional connect during ovulation window which makes the sperm string enough. Do not pressure urself and do it as a daily job.
After sex be on bed for atleast 30mins in the same position.
Eg : if my avg cycle length is 28 days and I got my periods on 9th June then 9-13 I will be on periods and then from 20- 26th if had sex high chances of becoming pregnant and exact ovulation day will be on 24th. The 7 days are the ovulation window – have sex daily or on Alternative days .
OVULATION TRACKER APP
You can use a period, sex and ovulation date tracker app.
I have tried Clue and Flo.
SOME COMMON OVULATION SYMPTOMS
Sore and big breast
Thin clear/ white sticky mucus
Abdominal cramps in front and back
Nose block
Indigestion
Constipation
If the egg successfully fertilized in the ovulation period, then it goes to the embedding stage where the feutus embedds itself to the uterus linning , this happens in 3-5 days after successful ovulation period and stops the next period from coming .
There is no sleeping position for the sperm to swim easily it’s a myth so don’t strain urself.
SUCCESSFUL IMPLANTATION PERIOD SYMPTOMS
Embedding period will have same symptoms as like early period symptom
– white sticky stretchy mucus
– brown spotting
– abd cramps
– breast changes
– Nausea and indigestion
– Constipation
– Spotting – light red/ orange like spotting when crossing the period days ( where u will not get periods instead u will come across these symptoms)
All ovulation, embedding and periods symptoms will be same so it’s difficult to identify whether it was successful or unsuccessful. So don’t give up hope and also note down every symptom u undergo and listen to Ur body.
THE FINAL RESULT – PREGNANCY TEST
After successful embedding and Skipping the periods, take test (home kit) after 2 weeks of skipping periods ( a total of 42 days of no period days ) and result will be accurate as HCG levels will multiply in this period making the result accurate. After positive , go to doctor.
HCG are high in cabbage naturally.
Test need to be taken in home from the first early morning urination for accurate results.
Pregnancy is not just women things it’s 50/50 – contribution of male and female both have to have knowledge in all these and be Healthy contributor.
Note : All information are my personal experience from my own pregnancy , learnt through my pediatrician and neo natal consultant are being collated as a blog. Opinions may differ.

Few people struggle to figure out what is the reason behind feeling low/ depressed
WHAT HAPPENED :
Severe stress, defined as a traumatic event (e.g. death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious accident or injury)
Long-term stress, defined as problems the patient has been dealing with for a long time (e.g. work-related or relationship problems; lack of care from family and isolated ignored; long-term financial problems; or having to care for a sick family member)

An important part of counseling involves helping family members understand what depression is and ways to treat it.
If the SO attends the session, ask the person if he/she wants to provide more information on the patientās problems and if he/she has questions.
BEARERS DURING SESSIONS
Uncommunicative and doesnāt open up about problems

Assure the patient that all information will be confidential.
Speak to the patient alone if he/she has come with the SO

Allow time for the patient to show sadness or emotional pain. PHASE 2

As sessions continues
The SO can help:
Encourage the patient to continue engaging in activities that help them feel better
Identify stressors that may cause tension and aid the patient in finding solution
STRATEGIES :
OVER THINKING OF PROBLEM :
Encourage to distract
Make them understand overthinking will never help in sorting
Tell them if a problem has solution, try the solution and end it , if no solution and not under our control, time heals . Refer examples of people who has gone through even more worsed problems and are now happy ( either real / imaginary example to Make them feel better and worried)
FEELING ANXIOUS AND TENSED

Antidepressants are widely used and have benefited many by helping to reduce symptoms and improve overall health
They are not addictive
They may produce side effects, but these are common, mild and short-term
They may take up to two weeks to start showing positive effects
It is important to take them regularly for maximum benefit
It is important to take them as prescribed by the doctor, even if one feels an improvement. Stopping the medicines before the suggested time frame can cause the problems to return
Taking them regularly is an important activity target. Explore possible barriers and solutions
Report any unusual or severe side effects to the supervisor, who can discuss them with the doctor. Always encourage the patient to talk to his/her doctor about any questions about the medication or side effects
The most common ones are Fluoxetine and Amitryptilline.
